401k PlanMay contribute up to 90% of gross salary on a pre-tax basis or after-tax basis (ROTH) up to the annual IRS maximum. Eligible in first 30 days of employment. Age requirement to participate is 18 years.
Perfect Attendance BonusesHourly, non-exempt employees will receive a bonus at the completion of a calendar quarter with perfect attendance. An additional bonus will be given if an employee completes a calendar year with four quarters of perfect attendance.
Referral BonusesEmployees are eligible to receive $200 upon the successful completion of their referral’s 90 Day Introductory Period.
